Three Rose Experience is led and owned by Matt and Kristen Huddleston, a husband‑and‑wife team based in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, Florida.
Matt’s 21 years in the United States Army shaped his leadership, discipline, and dedication to excellence. His background in operations and logistics adds a steady, reliable foundation to our planning process.
Kristen complements that with two decades of executive‑level event coordination, managing complex corporate gatherings with professionalism and meticulous detail. She also brings a rich background in wedding and special‑occasion planning, crafting heartfelt, beautifully executed celebrations for family, friends, and the community.
Beyond our professional backgrounds, we are deeply committed to serving our community.
Kristen has led multiple large‑scale volunteer initiatives and fundraisers, bringing people together around meaningful causes, creating lasting impact through thoughtful planning and seamless execution.
Matt volunteers on the production team at their church, contributing his skills to support weekly services and community events. Our shared passion for giving back is woven into the heart of Three Rose Experience, influencing the care, connection, and intention we bring to every event.
Together, we are a dynamic duo—combining logistics with creativity, discipline with warmth, and attention to detail with genuine passion. Three Rose Experience exists because we truly love what we do: creating events that feel intentional, seamless, and unforgettable.
The name Three Rose began with a simple, unexpected moment from our first date.
After dinner, we wandered down to a park bench along the Potomac River in Old Town Alexandria. As we sat there talking and getting to know one another, a man selling roses approached us, leading to a funny exchange that ended with the two of us holding three roses.
Over time, that moment became so meaningful. As our relationship grew, we often reflected on those three roses — how they seemed to represent the two of us and the presence of our Lord guiding our story.
We chose Experience for the name because what we offer is more than event planning — it’s an experience designed to let our clients be fully present in their story.
One rose from that night in June 2013 has survived, reminding us each day that our story is being written with intention, grace, and purpose.
